Justin Anderson - Managing Director

Justin has been active on each level within TFG Group, from a highly skilled tradesman to an in demand project manager, through to further education and the position he has niche himself today. His leadership has enabled TFG to forge solid relationships with clients, while motivating and managing the overall operations at TFG. Justin has exceptional aptitude for implementing innovative practises and increasing company resources through professional business mentoring and is a vital component in the success of TFG throughout Australia and internationally.

Justin believes the positive corporate culture of TFG Group is pivotal in each project or business venture undertaken.

Tom Moultrie - Foodline General Manager

Tom’s optimistic and pro-active approach to establishing and maintaining a successful management team are evident in his strong leadership. He also has the capacity to initiate a project and manage and conclude many elements within the project successfully such as finishing on time and within financial forecasts. Tom maintains and directs a team of highly qualified and experienced Project Engineers and Managers while consistently communicating effectively with clients to provide optimal TFG Group team performance.

Scott Polkinghorne - Operations

Scott is an integral member in our TFG Group Team. He has exceptional attention to detail together with extensive fabrication experience. Scott has 26 years’ experience in the welding, fabrication and engineering industries. Scott has contributed to the TFG team for 12 years with his exceptional knowledge in estimating, quoting and day to day operations of the TFG’s fabrications division. Scott has exceptional knowledge of the OHS processes with Austline Fabrications and manages workflow for DIFOT.

Scott ensures the daily operations meet all of our quality objectives in compliance with ISO 9001:2008.

Damien McAleenan - Projects Engineer

Damien graduated from Queens University Belfast with a Bachelor in Mechanical Engineering and has gained a valuable 8 years’ stainless pipe fabrication experience in the food, beverage and processing industries.

Damien provides exceptional accuracy in tendering and quoting and coupled with his strong focus on people, he creates win-win situations for all clients. His talents and skills have brought an extremely professional component to the TFG Group Engineering team. Damien demonstrates leadership strengths and has proven his ability to manage multiple responsibilities in a fast-paced environment with critical deadlines. His well-organised approach with attention to detail and technical expertise ensures every project is managed within budget forecasts. Damien is a definite asset to our TFG team and his proven ability to ‘think outside the box’ in identifying problems and implementing innovative solutions will be an advantage to your company’s next project.

Mark Wardell - Project Manager

Mark is a dedicated and results driven project manager with impressive achievements working predominately internationally in the processing industry. Mark’s expertise in meeting tight time schedules, while maintaining a high quality of workmanship has gained him an impeccable reputation in the brewing and processing industries. He has over 25 years’ experience in a competitive industry focusing on exceeding client expectations for delivery of projects with optimum safety and quality assurance. Mark brings an abundance of highly regarded technical knowledge to the TFG team and his ability to manage and motivate his workforce in highly pressurised and challenging environments is an asset to TFG Group.

Emily Casserly - HR and Finance Officer

Emily is TFG Group’s extremely professional and self-motivated HR and Finance Officer. Emily plays an integral role in our balanced team, who work together to achieve the best possible outcome for TFG and our clients. She is responsible for TFG’s human resources function which supports the company in matters relating to people and organisational effectiveness. Emily uses her communication skills to ensure the human resources and finances at TFG are managed effectively. She brings multitasking, negotiation and “best practises” talents to the team and is a proven asset to TFG Group.

Daryl Haines - Business Development Manager

Daryl brings a wealth of experience to TFG Group’s team in project managing, as a Development Engineer and Business Development Manager. He has strong technical skills in processing plant improvement in the operations and management of capital projects for clients. Daryl has pioneered innovative processes in specific industries which have been duplicated internationally. His ability to effectively multi task the components within a project, analysing and managing down time with tight productivity schedules, is an asset to all TFG Group clients. Daryl’s extensive practical background in agriculture and competencies in installations, coupled with managing large workforce and his exceptional communication skills, leaves your project in his capable hands.

Marcus Byers - Workshop Supervisor

Marcus is TFG Group Workshops leading hand and supervisor, who manages his role with expertise. He is responsible for Weld Quality Control and Non-destructive testing (NDT), workshop administration and overseeing all specialised fabrications that exit our workshop. Marcus is a senior member of the TFG team with extensive experience and a proven track record of excellence in workmanship.

Peter Warren - Austline General Manager

Peter brings to TFG Group his extensive experience and knowledge in both the competitive national and international manufacturing environments. He fosters, through his can-do-attitude LEAN culture operations within TFG Group’s Austline Division. Peter has a positive and highly professional approach and is committed to empowering his team to engage in the highest quality of workmanship in a safe working environment. Peter’s ability to collaborate with his team allows individual integrity and responsibility to flourish which results in a self-motivated workforce with flexibility and a competitive advantage. He holds a BEng(Hons) Mechanical Engineering and with 40 years of comprehensive engineering experience Peter will plan, engineer, execute and manage your project or fabrication needs with precision and superior efficiency. TFG Group is excited to have Peter as a member of our senior management team. His dedication to our company values will ensure profitability and continue to build sustainable relationships with all our clients.

Chantelle Ulrich - Administration and Marketing Officer

Chantelle is TFG Group’s Administration and Marketing Officer. Chantelle has strong interpersonal skills which enables her to work closely with team members, clients and TFG suppliers. She has proven herself to be an asset in her accuracy, incredible attention to detail and ability to take on new tasks with professionalism. Chantelle’s calm, positive and friendly approach to her daily tasks such as timekeeping, accurate tracking of projects and marketing assistance, right through to maintaining effective document control of our Integrated Management System is an asset to the administration team. Chantelle completes all TFG Group commitments and engages the “glass is half full” philosophy in all she achieves.

Vanessa Anderson - Marketing Manager

Vanessa is our valuable Marketing Manager whose passion and friendly nature permeates through the team at TFG Group. She is able to communicate TFG’s vision and deliver results using creative marketing strategies and many different innovative resources. Vanessa brings an artistic and inventive aspect to all promotions and has outstanding interpersonal and relationship building skills allowing her to work effectively in a team as well as autonomously. Her passion for marketing is evident through her proven ability to develop and maintain TFG’s brand and philosophy whilst upholding our values and culture. Vanessa’s kind and bubbly personality makes her a valued asset to the TFG Group team.

Valerie Webb - Finance and Administration Officer

Valerie is our Finance and Administration Officer who has gained a wealth of experience from within TFG Group. Valerie offers her administrative expertise to a wide variety of tasks and has many years’ experience in working collaboratively with clients. She ensures TFG Group is well regarded in making timely payments of accounts and processing accurate invoices. Valerie has a positive, disciplined and ethical approach to her role at TFG and this is evident in her commitment to our company values and mission. Valerie’s abilities lie in her positive attitude, passion and energy to empower others.

Lorraine O’Reilly - Finance and Administration Manager

Lorraine’s passion in her role as TFG Group’s Finance and Administration Manager is evident in her exceptional attention to detail in all managerial and administrative tasks. Lorraine reports to our General Manager and ensures her team is providing accurate financial and administrative reports to Senior Management, all with a very positive and enthusiastic “can-do” attitude. She has a strong background in finance and administration and displays this with her exceptional time management skills. Lorraine’s commitment to TFG’s values of continuous improvement and her ability to analyse situations and take corrective actions allows the administrative team to be lead and operate in a supportive environment. Lorraine has a happy and bubbly personality which engages everyone to participate and to make each day in the office, a day of purpose and achieving the best possible practices.
